Therapy is sought out for many different reasons, such as coping with major life challenges, childhood related issues, trauma, dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, desiring personal growth and greater self-knowledge, and more.

Working with a therapist in a safe, non-biased, confidential setting provides individuals, couples, families, and groups the ability to explore how their backgrounds, beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors may be impacting their lives in both positive and negative ways.

Therapists may assist with addressing any immediate and pressing problems, as well as empower individuals to be change agents as therapists facilitate with the development of coping/changing strategies.
